The standard battery for AGV is lead type. The AGV can work 8 hours for full charging.
In order to keep the AGV system from manual intervention for 24 hours, we advise you to adopt ground automatic charging pile with 30A.
Automatic charging file is installed in the welding working station, when the AGV waiting for welding, it can charge simultaneously.

1. It sends radio frequency electromagnetic wave, stimulates electronic tag and provides energy;
2. It modulate the transmitting signal, transform the modulated signal data into electromagnetic ware, and then deliver to tag;
3. It receives and demodulates the video signal from electronic tag.
1 touch PAD is configured in each station, and fulfill information connection with upper compute control system via wifi. The cost is more than that of wifi button, moreover, PAD needs support WINDOWS system.
In general, the wired connection is adopted. It need local wiring to fulfill the information transmission with control device. It can also achieve information docking between button and system by means of wifi module. For wired connection, the wiring default point is more, and needs frequent maintenance. While for wifi connection, the default is less, and the local condition is more clean or standard, but the cost is higher than that of the wired connection.
